Is the MTM full suspension setup the best upgrade or are coilovers better?

All those are super subjective things..
To use a board stick I'd say go with the H&R street coilovers. The MTM is good but too expansive for something not height adjustable.
If you aren't sure what you really want. I'd say go with stasis's set height kit because you can swap out the springs for something harder or softer as you wish.
