MTM stage 5 for me is $10800 since I already have 3. O.CT from where I am now is $11600 I got that quote from Strat.

If your already stage III, just go get the RS4 turbos and inlet piping. That runs well as proven by Zapco's performance!

Here are the O.CT Stage 6 and MTM Stage 4 plots (I could not find the Stage 5 MTM).
O.CT Stage 6 Dyno Plot -- nice and smooth with 440 lb-ft!

MTM Stage 4 Dyno Plot -- not quite as smooth, more HP, but quite a bit less torque, especially down low.

Note that the O.CT has earlier torque for better street elasticity, and a ruler flat torque curve, again for better, smoother street performance.
High peak HP is great for the track, but IMHO, torque and area under the 2K-5K part of the curve is where it's at on the street.
The MTM stuff is great from what I understand, so you'll likely be happy with either setup. I like the O.CT setup and torque. You might like the "high end" focus of the MTM setup better.
Again, either one is likely to make you happy. I really depends on what you want from your car.
