1st run stock 93 with my mods=234hp/230torq. 2nd run chip mode-Apr=271hp/325torq. 3rd run on 100= 286hp/331torq...................I must say that on 100 it feels more like 40hp as it pulls hard up the rev range. They told me it was the most torque they've seen on a ko3 S4. I don't have the logs yet.

benchmark. Record time from 4200 to 6500 RPM (VAG or ECUx) in 3rd gear, start at about 3500 RPM, run to redline.

I had very similar mods when my 2001 was dynoed on EPL's Mustang dyno a few months ago (K03s, APR 5.0 M-Box, X-1 intake, ASP downpipes, AWE Twin2 exhaust, RS4 ICs). Just looking at the dyno chart (which I don't have electronically), my APR 93 chip gave me 260 peak whp at about 4700 RPM; my torque spiked to 360 ft-lbs at 3000 RPM, leveled off at 320-330 ft-lbs from 3500-4500, then fell to redline.
So you got about 10 more hp than me on 93 octane, with roughly the same sustained torque. That must mean that your K03s held onto their torque a couple hundred RPMs longer than mine did. When did your peak torque and horsepower hit? I'm guessing that your AWE intercoolers slightly outperformed my RS4s.
FYI, I gained 24 peak horsepower (and a uniform 20 hp from 4200 to redline) by switching from APR to an EPL custom tune without jacking up the boost. Given that our mods are similar, I expect that you'd get similar results.

I do have AWE intercoolers, don't know if thats the difference on peak HP. I was pretty happy with the pulls. (286 hp/326 tq) I wasn't able to get ECUx working with my Vag Com cable as I waited until the last minutes to try to set it up. Will certainly be ready next time for the Stage 3 pull.
Now the car is under the knife for stage 3. Will get back next week. Can't wait.
