Default nah the tob would not create that problem ..the worse it will be stuck

the PP spring is way powerfull to throw that bearing back .

Default I too am considering the same. Is your car pinging on tip in? At the spike?

I seem to have the opposite problem, my car is running fat as hell pretty much everywhere except cold start .

Default I was thinking that since the TOB was thinner, I wasn't getting complete travel out of the PP, and

therefor it is never reaching the point where the SAC can adjust things.

Default the SAC adjusts on it's own when the PP is @ rest clampped over the friction plate

when your foot is off the clutch .
so if the SAC ring is stuck @ "new friction disc" position (springs retracted fully) and the disc is worn a bit = make it just like an unadjusted pp or a really worn clutch.
when you put the NEW clutch in you should have seen the adj ring move a tinny bit when bolted down the friction disc , or moved all the way (fully extended springs) and that shows the big step in the FLW .
there is a plug on the bell housing i think ..try to look at the clutch springs through that hole.. it should give you an idea.

Default it pings at WOT midrange and up. Also have cold start misfires.

I'm at +10% on primary and +5% on accerator pump with a few gallons of 100 Oct mixed in. I'm thinking of putting the MBC at ~22PSI for starters. I also see some spikes to 26+ on 4rth gear WOT pulls - not so good.

Default I'm at -10% on decel, +10% warmup enrich, +80 rpm @ idle and -2.25 deg in 100 deg heat

I'm still seeing 10.5-10.8:1 at WOT.

I don't have a good spot to do 3rd gear pulls right now.

I have seen 26 PSI spikes as well.

Let me ask you this - do you get a strange drilling/whistling noise at low RPM when the boost spikes hard until the RPM's rise?

Default Oh yeah, and I still have cold start missing as well. (tried +5% warmup yesterday, and +10% today)

The car still seems to run lean on cold start. I'm going to hook up the autronic this weekend so I can start the car with the wideband already ready to go. (I need to wire a bypass on my LC-1 so I can diagnose cold start without the power cutting out and forcing the sensor to re-warm).

edit: I also need to watch the timing on cold start.

Thanks for the info - I might make some more lemmi changes. No drilling/whistling sounds though
