Well... here's what we found...
It ended being my rear passenger o2 wires (aka bank 1 sensor 2) were touching the dps! When we put the car on the lift, we saw this in little over 5 seconds...
We separated the wires, made new clean connections, and tie wrapped the wires away from the dps high up on the trans.
What through us for a loop is, after we fixed this we started the car... same 15 codes... if not more! We were stumped for a couple hours thinking that the wires were melted some where else and/or the ECU got fried when everything happened initially. So I asked around and got a hold of M-box ECU to swap in... same codes....
At this point I wanted to put my name on the list for new B6 S4... but the tech and I sat down had some lunch and started to think...
FUSES!!!
We forgot to go through the fuses... There are four engine controller fuses... I don't know why there are four, but anyway... it ended up being fuse #34 was blown!
So after about 200 miles of driving this weekend with full booooooooooooooooost and test pipes.... I'm a very happy guy!
I will post pics of the melted wires later...
Just want to say thanks for ev1 that replied to my post, sent me emails, and put up with me on the phone trying to think about what could be wrong!
