Reaction time is basically how long it takes you to move after the green light. 0.500 is "perfect", but it doesn't factor into your time at all so unless you are bracket racing, its pretty meaningless. I waited and got a good launch, ignoring the greenlight.
60' time is how quickly you reach the 60' mark on the dragstrip. An indication of how well you launched the car.
I don't recall what was in the other lane on that occasion. It was either a old V8 muscle car (Chevy Nova or something along those lines) or a Shelby Cobra... can't remember which one I was lined up with on that run.
