Default my brakes caught on fire

ok the last two times i drove my car the front passengerside brakes have locked up. after it sits for about 30min-1hr they unlock. yesterday going down I40 they slowly locked up so i took the 430 exit and got out to see small flames comming off my pads. i had it towed to a local shop i trust and they gave me a brake inspection that showed everything was opperating perfectely fine...... when i got my new ecu the first time i plugged it in the abs light came on but evolution motorsports claims there is no connection with the ecu and the abs. i guess i'll need to get ahold of a VAG COM so i can get the code and hopefully get this thing figured out. anyone have any idea as to whats going on? i dont want to have to replace a bunch of crap and that not even be the problem.

Default you may have fried the abs sensor getting it that hot...

otherwise it's unrelated.

Weird that your calipers stick. Not good. :/

Default I would rebuild the calipers

my stoptechs started to drag recently and I rebuilt them. one piston was pretty hard to get out, 2 were fine and the fourth was in between. My car will be running again on tuesday or wednesday so ill let you know what the problem is then.
