Default My car is sucking down washer fluid something serious...

My car is really going through lots of washer fluid, even though I don't think I've been using the washer that much!

Also, just had my car in for service a few weeks ago when they supposedly topped off all fluids. Got the low washer fluid indicator only two weeks later!

Wish there was a way to control the winshield washer and headlight washer independently. I have a feeling I'm losing a lot of fluid washing the headlights when it is not really needed.

sounds like your washer pump is broken or the hose to the headlight washers came off

Default You likely have one of the many infamous washer fluid leaks ...

There are a few common problems, from cracked lines to leaking reservoirs.

Have it inspected by the dealer for repair ... it's not normal unless you are constantly using washer fluid for both the windscreen and headlamps.

Default I have the same thing going on...

I can't see any leakage under the car though.

Default Welcome to the "busted washer fluid container club!"

There are about 10,000 of us spread out across the country. Glad to have you aboard!! I recently renewed my membership just last week.
Time to take it to the dealer, it is covered under warranty.

Default Hmmm. Didn't notice any leaking when I filled it up again today.

Will have to check it out in the morning.

Default I actually don't either, but it drains like a mother anyway.......

I think it might be a hose or a pump that drains like crazy when you wash the windows.

Default Not till 8k miles...

I bought the car last May/June, so I didn't really use the washer fluid till December @ around 8k miles. Filled it once end of December. Dealer supposedly filled it a few weeks ago. Got a warning light a few days ago.
