wow that's some major screw-ups...
mine have all been rleatively minor, but I'm ****-retentive as hell too. My car had a vague smell of smoke in it, I was pissed about that also. I know they don't allow techs to smoke in the service area (at least, I don't think they do), so he just carried hsi fould smelling *** next to my car and it rubbed off. Asswipe.
They also dinged my door panel when replacing the front door speaker the first time around.
My aunt is in the market for a new car now, and I steered her away from Audi, not b/c the car sucks, b/c of the service. I said go look at Lexus/Acura/even BMW.
