That's ok for a ****-box that you're just trying to make it through with but these cars and engines are nicer than that. I would be concerned that Bars Leak will just cover up the problem and actually make it harder to find the cause.
I have been suspicious of the head castings and wonder if the ****ty anti-freeze we've all been using has caused this problem.
Any signs of coolant in the exhaust (i.e. white smoke)?
Any sign of oil in the anti-freeze?
Maybe I'm missing something but what does the RMS have to do with coolant getting in to the oil?
Head gaskets are the most likely cause. But it would be useful for someone to make a complete list of possibilities.
Fortunately, your metal wear numbers on your engine don't seem too bad. I'd say if you catch it then you'll be ok.
Oh, note that you have high fuel levels in the oil also.

i agree with you .. i didn't go for the barsleak either ..tore the whole motor apart .. and in the end i put some barsleak in there anyway ..to be safe (i just felt that way) .

I agree with your comments. What happens if you tear in to the engine and never find evidence of the source of the leak? Now that's a scary thought. Do you then just put it all back together again and keep your fingers crossed?
One fortunate thing is that these engines seem to be a lot cheaper now.
