Default My fukin tranny just froze me out of first and second gear What the hell happened? Warranty work?
I hit a fast foirst to second shift and it ]wouldn't go into second it just ground and then locked me out oif everythong but 5th. Good thing this car has torque because i drove through seattle traffic start and stop with that and reverse but who else has had this problem what should I do? thanks

Default you lost 3/4 as well?? damn... I just lost 1/2
sounds like you blew out 2 synchros...

I had my 1/2 synchro sliders replaced:

Yes, under warranty.

Default similiar happened to Jason, University will take care of it... they have this repair down well!
they have done dozens of tranny fixes... all under warranty. No worries!

my tranny lost 1/2 also. Make sure you get a new tranny, don't let them "fix" the old one

My tranny lost 1, 2, was replaced, now is losing 2 again. Demand a new one

Default At first your 1st-2nd slider gear probably went...and then you may have forced it to other problems.
