By definition yes.
GIAC makes a tune specific to cars with K04s and stock fueling. You just need a 5 Bar FPR. Not sure if that's what you were asking or not. Maybe I should have stated that in my post.

Maybe, but considering the spike lasts for less than a second, I doubt any damage was done.
If I was running lean all through the RPM range, that would be different.
