I tried to get some logs this morning but the sections of road I used were FAR from ideal (uphill and curved while avoiding traffic!).

As I understand it, the weight is really only important for 1/4 mile simulations on the dyno (no way I'd ever row through the gears on a strapped down car!).
The hp@50 mph is important though. If tuners use other values than recommended by Mustang, it affects the output and makes it difficult to compare numbers to other Mustang pulls.
