Without the following people this project never would have happened:
Chris @ Wagonwork Collision - All the extra hours and attention to detail really paid off. Kudos!
Alex @ Europrice - Alex has been nothing but professional and attentive through the entire process. Alex found some extremely difficult parts for me at reasonable prices. I couldn't have done it without his footwork
Induktion Motorsports - For all the non-cosmetic mods.
Seatco - Installed the new OEM S4 seat skins on my RS4 seats.
Jared (snowtrooper) (no longer at stasis) - I never thought that a B5 could be streetable on 19" wheels. Thanks!
Donnie Scott - Your RS4 seat install information was invaluable during the interior work

The Future:
Track time - not sure I can bear to have her damaged on the track. The paint is currently FLAWLESS
Interior - The rear seat bench will be converted to the "Recaro" Euro-S4 version to match the front. I need to install a new cluster that I have on my shelf. I need to install the airbags into the front seats (courtesy of ebay). The RNSE needs to be trimmed to fit all the way into the slot.
Exterior - Missing Volk centercap is on it's way. I'm surprised that's the only part lost in this process
Power/Handling - Probably RS6s with Rosten rods in the winter. I already have the rods and will soon have RS6s. I'm hoping to keep it as simple as possible in the power department. And if someone wants to give me a good deal on Alcons, I'd consider them in the spring.
All in all, I have to say that I'm NOT burnt out like most widebody owners after the process. There was some stress and the obvious hassles of downtime, but things could have been worse.
I bought the car in May '07 and here she is, essentially done in a year and a half.
The costs have been HUGE and I would not recommend this conversion for anyone, since everyone is of different means. Do your own cost benefit analysis!
I'm just glad to be done and back on the road!
