It turns out after all that I simply wasn't reading the FAQ item for reprogramming them properly. So, I'm going to re-write that FAQ item for others like me who are slow

I kept getting confused with those instructions. When I wrote you yesterday, I tried to rewrite them to help you out, but it was taking me too long, and since I still can't get the other remote to work, I'm obviously not an authority.

(I just called my service dept. and asked, said to come by they'd do it, but I don't have the two keys on me now, so I tried to pin him down on instructions) Hopefully, what he said will help, but in case, let me know when you have changed the FAQ's.

Glad you're up and beeping. (Hope it is not recurring problem either, for both our sakes)
