You need to keep in mind that a freshly reset ECU will make more boost, and run more timing until it adapts. The car should have several heat/ cool cycles and many full throttle to redline runs so it adapts like it normally would.

The ECU wasn't reset since Thursday morning and it had plenty of full throttle runs...
on my way to and from your shop.
All that I did immediately before the dyno run was replace the N75 valve and briefly road test it to verify it was functioning properly.
