Is it my tires or my wheel bearings?

on my 18's with ES100 Yokos AND ST115 Falkens, my front right wheel was really loud. For the longest time I thought it was tires. I would switch back to stock, and it would go away, totally.
I told the dealer this, and they checked it out, said my front right wheel bearing was bad. Go figure. Now, stock and 18s are nearly as quiet as each other. There is *still* some noise, from that same corner, I have no idea wtf it is now.

now. I think my CV joint was busted, but I didn't notice with the 17" wheels. But when I switched over to 18s, it became a problem.
My wheel bearings could be busted too for all I know.

I had KDWs (first gen). Ungodly loud they are. Sounded like I had 4 bearings going at once. I just dealt with it for 20,000 miles and then got some Dunlops. Problem went away.
Of course, if your bearings do go, you won't know it with those tires. (My rear bearings went out at 65K)
