Looks Great! Door question inside..

Is the door for the lift bay taller than the doors for the regular bays? If so, is that because the opening is bigger or is that what you have to do to get it up closer to the ceiling?

I am trying to figure out how to get one of my garage doors up closer to the ceiling for better lift clearance. I'm hoping I can just extend the track some vertically before the bend.
