Default My very recent experience with Jacob and Buehn Engineering.

When I was told that my left side KO4 was puking oil and didn't have long before it went catostrophic, my first instinct was to find a way to stuff something bigger in there on short notice. So on Thursday the 12th, the guys at AMS sent my KO4's with less than 2k miles on them over to Jacob for surgery. Jacob had them built and back at AMS by Wednesday the 18th! Marc fired the car up Friday, dynoed it twice and we put it on the trailer. The car performed flawlessly Sunday and I am VERY pleased with the power the car is making. It's a little weird to be pulling a ZO6 race car down the front straight at Willow.

Jacob, thanks for the super fast turnaround and a solid product. Definitely made a big difference this weekend!

Default new turbos??? damn... no wonder you were so fast!

its weird senstaion being a passenger in pats car as he lazly accelerates out of turn 9 and then shuts down pretty early before turn one... after grazing the mid 130's like its no big deal. i'm sure that without me in the car and some <cough> agressive driving he'd be in the high 140's no problem.

now excuse me while I rinse out my shorts again.

Default Ben has his work cut out for him when he gets out of bed in the morning :P

Sorry Ben, couldn't resist.

Brian,

If by Fernley you mean when the Open Track Challenge is at Fernley... cause there's no racing at Audi Club events.

Default "cause there's no racing at Audi Club events" of course there isn't ;)

Which turbos did you end up going with? Would you mind sharing the power increases/decreases you experienced since you were able to dyno before and after? You wouldn't happen to have the dnyo plots would you?
