Well, no - but I don't know much about that part of the car. My guess is that the flywheel is not it the right position so the starter isn't able to get in and pop it. Or the starter is just stuck, or I messed up on any of the other million little things...

Damn man. Sucks. You had much worse luck then me. I only didn't have enough fluids, and got gas into my nose. Well and that whole getting scammed ****.

That is the internals of the vehicle speed sensor--VSS. You broke it! Just above the driver's side inner CV joint (approximately 1 o'clock), you will find the rest of it in the transmission housing, only held in by a tab. Without that sensor, you won't have a working speedometer or odometer or cruise control, but otherwise it will run fine.
