That valve will cause overboost and throttle cut, plus even when it doesn't it won't make the car ANY faster, unless your stock n75 is going bad. (in which case replacing the n75 with OEM part-n75b is your best bet)
The ECU uses signal from the MAP sensor to see the actual boost. If actual boost is higher than requested, the ECU adjusts the N75 duty cycle down, allowing more pressure to get to the wastegate actuator which opens the wastegate more, hence adjusting the boost down.
THe only thing a more agressive N75 will do is cause an initial boost spike (overboost until ECU adapts n75 duty cycle down), and that boost spike usually causes temporary limp mode w/ overboost code.
