If anyone has seen the series they can use this as somewhat of a comparison. AWD so called unfair advantaged twin turbo 450+hp S4 against a NA Euro BMW ///M3. The M3 proved to be the better car for the 2000 season thats why Jeff M is sporting the #1 on his car. Peter C. #42 ran a 4 door M3 for some of the season in 2000 and ran down an passed Mike G in an S4. What was amusing about it was that Peters M3 only had 360hp at the time which was a Lime Rock Park. I know because I spoke to both the S4 pit crew and Peter Cuningham himself. The handling, balance, braking and agility of the 4dr M3 was just too much for the S4 that day that's why he got passed.
The 3.0/3.2 Euro/USA E36 M3 has more development potential than the 2.7 Biturbo S4/RS4 one reason being the size of the engine. There various other reason also. The S4 is a good car but the //M3 has been doing this for awhile. Just look what a USA M3 can do with just ONE turbo!

What about a decent stereo, that is important since I sit in traffic a lot.
Seriously, why come post over here, post this in the racing forum or maybe in the forum for people who give a **** about M3's if there even is a forum like that.

I watched the TMS race last night, which Galati won in his S4....for some reason, McMillin never managed to get anywhere near him!

2001 Speedvision standings

1. certain road courses may favor certain cars over others. does that mean one car is always better(around a road course) than others? no. all it really means is on that day, on that course with those particular drivers, with those particular specialized cars, the m3 came out on top...and isn't this old data anyways?
2. this guys is obviuosly trolling as i have never seen his scren name on here before.

but they aren't are they TROLL?
Last few I watched they (E46) were well behind the rest of the pack...funny how you forget to mention that.
What's even more funny is the price of the E46 and how BMW is so great but hasn't been able to translate that greatness to the newer model. Just goes to show it's in the talent of the boys at the track and NOT THE FACTORY, which wins races.
Get a clue chief, you need it bad.
