The Nav lady will not stop repeating, "The language you select is ready for use."

I changed the OEM battery this weekend to an Odyssey PC920MJT. The metal battery jacket did not seem to fit in the stock location so I removed it and relocated the ground cable. Other than that the install was very easy. I did not even need to re-enter the radio code.
The only hic-up is the nav system. I have the old cd based stock nav system and the Nav lady will not stop repeating, "The language you select is ready for use." She says this about every ten minutes. I have tried to turn the nav on to cancel or confirm the language setting but the nav text only says activating and never moves past that even after an hour. I may have to take it in but I was wondering if anyone else has run into this problem after changing batteries.
Thanks

Thanks,
I don't really use the nav much but when it keeps talking all the time it is annoying. I may just leave it disconnected.

let it die out then plug it back in... itll prompt you for the SAFE code... plug it in, you should be fine...
i had an issue where i couldnt program the SAFE code in after installing new battery... even though i was putting int he proper code... so finally i had to unplug it... let it die out... plug it back in, and bom bom it was all good.
