I bought 2 JL Audio W6 10" subs and got them installed in a sealed box, now I want to install the subs and the 600 watt Phoenix Gold amp in my trunk. I have the BOSE system. Will it work? Is there anything special you need to do with the BOSE system to make the new subwoofers work properly? Anyone else have subs with their Bose system? Thanks in advance!

Go find the FAQ on AW that describes the pinout of the Bose amp connector. These are low-level inputs that you can tap off of to connect to your Phoenix Gold.

Go to a stereo shop and buy a hi-low converter. It taps a signal from speakers (I tapped off the rear deck speakers as I believe they're crossed over for low freqs.) and has RCA outputs. Then you just connect the amp to the hi-low converter and you have the input for your amp. Power wire you can run thru the ECU box and remote wire you can run off the bose amp that sits by the toolbox in the trunk. Make your own ground.
The hardest part was getting the power wire from the ECU box into the cabin. I stuck the power wire in from the engine bay and couldn't find where it passed into the cabin for hours!
