Need advice please. My Spec 2 hybrid and LWFW did not die but here is what got stuck (long)

yeah really. the next day, this tech finds his tool in there after pulling TWENTY TWO 5mm allen head
bolts for what reason, i don't know why? then obviously, the next day that wrench finds its way around the bellhouing and into one of its holes, where it catches the clutch and breaks off. that's why you don't see the other part of that wrench I bet, which would be, the longer part *much harder to find its way down*
i still can't fathom how anyone can see their own tool in there and still charge. it's not even my style to use that type of wrench on the intake mani. i always use socketed ones there. (not that he's blaming me, just stating how it's so obvious that the tech did it)
