Default Need answer on priming oil pump after UPPER oil pan change

Does the oil pump need to be primed after the upper oil pan has been changed? When I removed the upper oil pan I had to disconnect the 2 hard pipes at the pump. When I did this, they were full of oil. Is there a way to prime the pump or just turn the car over for a while (time?) without starting it.

TIA

Default turn the car ..but if you think it's dry (i don't think it sat for soo long) than sqirt some oil

in the cyl through the sparkplug hole.
one would do this with a new engine or with something that sat for years .
my 1 cent.
