Default Hmm, you probably will have to manually delete the .dll files, then reinstall, then

get a new activation code.

Default True but if you copmpare the inital key file with this current key you will see they don't match...

hence the need for the reg file. Matt/APR has been great, he turned my file around the next morning.

Default If you click HELP, ABOUT and then INFO, you can reset your registration info.

It has it stored in there I guess. It says only to reset if instructed to do so by APR technical support.

So should I reset the registration info and start all over or talk to them first?

Default Mark your right, it's a license key issue, have seen that when trying to install

on my backup laptop when my first one went to crud in a hand basket

Default Nah, go to help-->About-->Info-->Reset...

then copy Initialization Code and email to ecux@goapr.com
