When I hit a pothole a few months ago, I also put a hairline crack in my bumper. It doesn't go all the way up, as you can see in the picture it starts at the grill insert and ends where the bumper curves in towards the lights (where the reflection of my fingers meets my palm). I'm installing a snub mount and want to know if I'm going to crack it further in trying to remove the bumper. Also, if it's possible to still take the bumper off, what should I do to reinforce that part? Can I epoxy some form of bracing in behind it? I don't have the money for an RS4 bumper, or to do a fiberglass patch and repaint.
Thanks in advance for any help,
Michael

for a few hundred bucks, a good body shop should be able to fix that. It will involve repainting the entire bumper and *possibly* color matching the fenders and hood. That's if you want it to look 100% again.
