Need Help!! Installing B&M Short shift and I cant get reverse to work. Help please

try loosening your shift ****, could be on too tight. if that doesnt work, it needs to be realigned
to the specs on Toyguy's website. i believe his site is toyguydesign.com or toyguydesigns.com. there are alignment instructions on there, and once i followed them, the shifter smoothed out a lot.
