Default Need help pressure bleeding S4 brakes?

I jsut put a set of Stoptechs on my 2001 S4 and was trying to bleed the brakes with my Motiv pressure bleeder. I filled up the reservior, pumped it to ~10lbs of pressure and then opened the bleeder screws. It is barely coming out if at all. Do I need to start the car? I seems like the master cyclinder won't open. Should I pump it higher to 20 lbs?

Please help.

I tried increasing the pressuer but no luck. Tried on both bleeders.

Do I need to have the car running?

Default you could try increasing the pressure, or do it the old fashioned way

I've pumped up the Motive unit up above 20lbs, but subsequently damaged pressure gauge :-P

Even at that pressure it just sort of oozes out, not as much a squirt when you have someone on the brake pedal. We since rigged up a system to our air compressor and bleed at about 25psi off that, which works a bit better.
