Need help removing OEM cell phone holder

I want to remove the cell phone holder in the middle compartment, if anyone has done this or knows how and can give me a little insight I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Thanks for the help, got it out this morning. Would not have thought to use soldering gun, bolts came right out. Thanks again.
