Default Need help! What part number is this and how hard to fix?

Default had a problem with the small one coming from the front

it had a tear on the inside wall under the clamp and it was leaking from between the layers.. if that's the spot where yours is also leaking, cut about 1/2-1 inch of it (enough so you can put it back on) and put a small screw clamp on it .. see if that will fix it.

Mine did the same thing. I got a brass T fitting from Poop Boys I think for a few bucks. Works great. I can't remember what the ID of the hose is though.

Default have the same problem recently, went to dealer and they give me a universal T metal

fitting which works great!
i'm sure you can find one in autozone/pepboys
