Does anybody know for sure if the S4 will be available at the end of the year 2001 For 2002 model year and will the body style be changed?

No, nobody knows for sure.

2002 model is same as 2001. End production in June/July? so the last ones come in September or so.

Then we wait a couple of years for the new S4, whose configuration is yet to be determined. The body will change, however.
