I'd prefer replacing the entire blade over just replacing the rubber insert. It's not that much more and about 10x faster to change.
In fact, I wouldn't mind getting new arms too since mine are getting pretty faded but I'm not ready to spend $100 on arms yet.

pricey when compared to OEM inserts. After 3 months I've notice some slight streaks after one sweep of the arm.
