Default Need O2 sensor help/advice

Commuting home today I get a CEL and the results are:
17521 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor: B1 S1: Internal Resistance too High
17539 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor: B2 S1: Internal Resistance too High
17530 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor Heating: B2 S2: Open Circuit
17548 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor: B2 S2: Internal Resistance too High

I can't recall ever having an O2 related CEL before. Are all 4 junk? I've got nearly 114k miles and I'm guessing they're OEM (bought the car at 83k).

Are Vast O2's the way to go? Can I get a "universal" Bosch unit and do my own splicing for less money? Thanks

You can try clearing CEL's & see if they recur. Otherwise, you may need to replace.
