Some thing that doesn't expand or contract with temperature change or let moisture in? Anything I can pick up at Home Depot?

Its the best way to do clear corners. Multiple methods. I use a heat gun (Home Depot $25) on the low setting. Slowly heat the joint while working around the headlight (out of the car BTW). Be careful, you can melt the headlight casing. Pull the lens away from the casing, while still applying heat. If done correctly, the glue stays in its channel within the headlight casing. When you're ready to stick it back together, warm up the glue and stick the lens back in. Warm up the casing again from the outside to make sure that everything is stuck back together and you're done. Add additional glue if you feel the need

everything, near the corner it has begun to separate itself, but all through-out the remainder of the light, its damn near impossible.

baking and heat gun ... no go. the adhesive is not silicone, but more of a foam like gray substance.
