got these codes:
18010- Power supply (B+) terminal 30 low voltage
16684- Random multiple cylinder misfire detected
16690- Cyl. 6 misfire detected
So I cleared the codes and switched coilpacks on 5 and 6 and replaced the sparkplug and 6. There seems to be slightly less misfires on 6, but still way more than any other cylinder and the car feels to be idling rougher than usual.
What should I check next? Any ideas?

Good job in troubleshooting, by the way.
