Default Need some help with how to clear the Steering Angle Sensor code

Ok, so I replaced my steering rack and now my ABS and ESP lights are on. I tried following these instructions but I couldnt get it to work. Im actually not sure where I should be logging into or coding on the first two sections.

Also, when I click on Recode in the ABS controller it shows all zeros.

Default My guess is that you didnt get the steering rack on how the old one was. You might need to adjust

it and do an alignment.

Default You logged in with an incorrect login code

There is a very detailed Tech article on here about how to clear that code. Look at page 2 of the following link<ul><li><a href="https://www.audiworld.com/tech/elec139.shtml">https://www.audiworld.com/tech/elec139.shtml</a</li></ul>

Default I tried to go through the process but I dont have the correct codes

to recode the controller. Mine are showing all zeros. Does anyone have the codes for the ABS Controller for a 2002 S4.

From looking at the link below, the login is 09495, and the coding code is 04395, are these what you put into the recode for the Service and WSC?<ul><li><a href="http://wiki.ross-tech.com/index.php/Audi_A4_(8E)_Brake_Electronics_(Bosch_5.7)">http://wiki.ross-tech.com/index.php/Audi_A4_(8E)_Brake_Electronics_(Bosch_5.7)</a</li></ul>

Default Well first my controller was all zero'd out

I searched for "ABS/ESP allrad D56" here on AW and found a lot of poeples full scans with the code

Component: ABS/ESP allrad D56
Coding: 04395
Shop #: WSC 06435

I then folloed the instructions for logging in and set the correct code then cleared the steering angle sensor code.

I then had the ABS Test error afterwards which kept the ABS and EPS lights on but that goes away on its own in a short amount of time
