Is it possible to just change the center LCD display in the guage cluster?
I have another cluster that is cracked and wanted to just change displays, is that possible or do I need a new guage cluster?

Mark @ Prestige Tuning in San Antonio, TX (prestige-tuning.com) told me he'd found someone to replace every single pixel if need be while I was in for my 60K service. You might give him a call, though I doubt he'd even remember.
Also, someone recently (last couple of weeks) said that they'd found someone overseas to replace the entire cluster for about half of the price of a new one, but it would take forever.
IMHO, I'd just go with a new one. It would save a ton of run-around and worry. Good luck.

the US. If you want to go RS4, you'll need to buy a used one from Ebay UK and they don't show up very often. Plus you won't be able to recode the mileage on a used cluster. I ended up getting a new S4 cluster.

I was in a situation where I needed a new cluster because some of the gauges had failed. My center display was also in very bad shape.
The used clusters were going for up to $350 or so. I didn't want to take the chance on something that could fail again in the future and not be able to recode the mileage too. The remanufactured units have supposedly fixed the display problems and are warrantied as well.
