Well after 8 weeks of my car not starting--I finally got it running. Had to go into the main wiring loom--off of the ECU and replace some wiring that melted that were under the coolant resevoir. I also had to replace a few sensors along the way. The fuel pump, ignition switch and the fuel pump relay were also changed.

But now my third brake light does not work and the brake idiot light keeps blinking on the dash. I checked the connections under the boot and could not find anything wrong. I also check for loose or disconnected wires under the dash--I also checked the fuses---so now what? Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the brake lights? I am at a lose as to what needs to be done next.

unless they act as blinkers too, that'd be cool to have you third brake light flashing...not.
