Friggen BS! IT really does blow chunks that we can't even get our service done. I tried to plan ahead, but how can I plan over a month in advance? A week I can understand, maybe 2..
But on the otherside of the coin, I made an appointment for my Durango, yesterday for 36K plus some warranty work.. Ummm brought it in today will be done tomorrow... Same amount of Audi dealers in the same area and guys what. They sell more Dodges then Audi, so there is no excuse!
This blows chunks! AOA, how long is it going to take you to "GET IT?!"
Frustrated, Now I will have to go change my own oil just to have it replaced by the dealer, Where do I send the bill?

I know that Anderson-Behel has moved VW service, so I *heard* that Audi/Porsche service is easier.
I also thought that Carleson dumped VW sales/service as well. Is that true?
Which reminds me, time to schedule 10k service...

The dealer is backlogged and either has no more service bays or doesn't want to hire more techs.
How are either of these problems AoA's fault?
The only way it's their fault is that AoA provides the "Audi Advantage," the (for 2001) 4 yrs/50K free maintenance program.
You can get in tomorrow at your local Dodge dealer because people take them to Jiffy Lube rather than the dealer because they'd rather take 30 minutes and pay $30 than leave it at the dealer for a day, freeing the dealer up for other work.
However, were it free, your Dodge dealer would be just as backed up as your Audi dealer is...
