They saw a problem that only a handful of customers were having, and they did everything possible to correct it. No questions asked. They took the time to engineer a new product, then mailed out new brackets to us as fast as they could. Free of charge.

This wasn't necessarily their fault. They built a good set of brackets originally. For the small percentage that had issues with the subframe, they could be put into the "**** happens" pile. But they decided to make things right. I feel they went above and beyond the call. Which makes me more willing to buy one of their products in the future, knowing they will take care of me.
