That's why I want you to communicate with me by email first...
I would then like to chat with you over MSN Messenger or over the phone to accumulate data. It seems we are at least (5) five up to now...
Rapidly, I used PayPal and a Credit Card to pay. I'm maybe covered... but I don't want to leave it this way. What I mean : I don't only seek to recover my money ($300 is nothing for me, I will sleep well tonight don't worry), I seek to give him a hard time... hard time in every sense of the word. He just screwed with the wrong guy... I'm sure he would appreciate "my visit", depending where he lives.
For the standard stuff, I must come with a complete list of persons in order to open up a case at many police dept. (as some of us live in Canada and United States...).

i dont understand how the check was received in canada and deposited without endorsing it. idont have msn. ill send you an email though

If he never endorsed it, take it to your bank. They should be able to get the $ from
whoever cashed the check. If it is personal check, then someone should have signed it or the place that cashed it is at fault.
