Default New addition to the Audi Family (sort-of)

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/34928/dscf1236.jpg"></center><p>We picked up a 2002 CPO Allroad yesterday.

It also has all of the popular options like my A6.

Can you tell I like Silver? =)

Sadly though the A6 is up for sale. The manual transmission is taking its toll on my knee in stop and go driving.

So far I am liking the Allroad with Tip.
I've already recoded the Tip, and will do the "402" lowering mod tomorrow.

Default Can't believe you would buy an audi/Vw TIP, really can't.

my allroad was a 6spd as well, loved it.

Default ya would like to drive blk01's or someone elses done up tip as the stock scenario

is horrible with the off brake throttle lag, even the wife couldn't stand it.

the VW's are just as bad.

Default Yeah the stock converter stalls really low. Otherwise its not all that bad of an automatic.

Its a little slushy for comfort factor, but compared to other 5 speed automatics its not terrible. Converter sucks *** though.

Default I agree about the off brake hesitation had it on my 01 a6 Tip. Oddly it doesn't seem too

bad on the AR, BUT I do not have much seat time.

I'd love to get a ride with Blk01s4, Cole, or someone else with a built up Tip.

Yikes, so a 2500 RPM stall would make a big difference

Default Was kidding about below idle, its prolly 12-1500. I think a 2600 stall or so

would wake the car right up. Also deleting the N249 and doing a brake launch will pull this car out of the hole quick.
