Default Has anyone dataloged LTFT and see if it's really a problem with a properly hooked up BOV/ Hybrid?

LTFT is usually more affected by a continuous condition not a momentary (milliseconds) shift and purge. If that's the case, stomping the gas pedal after sitting in traffic or cruising several times will eventually cause an LTFT code. It's just an average of multiple samples over time, and most of the time, the car is in cruising, or accelerating mode. The purge happens in milliseconds.

Unless there is real datalog done on this that shows it happens - data doesn't count for improper installation such that the BOV is purging during idle and cruise which will of course affect LTFT

Now I've got to ask - what *real problem* do these valves solve? As compared to $35 Bosch ones?

Default I certainly haven't, but Fletcher was adamant that this is a problem.

He speculated that the reason Istook did not see it was becuase his ECM is reset after every race/session etc. IIRC of course : )

I never saw Don respond, so I'm asking again to try to get some sort of closure on it.
