Today I tried the N75 stock valve, same outcome

did the pressure test several times, no leaks.Next week I will be posting the vag-com logs,thanks

sometimes it does the following

WOT: boost to 20psi, drops about 1 second to 15psi, then I hear like a sound of a "blow off valve" (pressure release)and the it dropsto to3 or 4 psi.

Then when I try again, it only boosts to about 10psi, and comes down to 5psi.

a couple of shifts later, the "cycle" starts again.

It also looks like you are at altitude (4500 ft?). Requested boost is around 15 psi or so max (looks like K03 chip), but see some actual boost up 20-23 psi which is not good. You need to find the cause of your overboosting TC. Could be a number of things; boost leak, DV valve, N75, waste gate, torn TBB, etc. I would defineatly pressure test first.

I have pressure tested, no leaks
TBB is a new OEM,
wastegates have been checked, OK
I will also try using stock DV valves instead of the forge ones.

One other thing. If you are running test pipes, and/or new IC's may contibute to TC.
