Default Yeah, I don't think rolling the fenders is going to correct the situation....

...looks like a combination of incorrect offset and too-wide of a tire.

Default According to Eddie @ Tire Rack

The correct offset for that wheel is 32mm and that's the ONLY offset made in that wheel for that car - so someone couldn't screw up and order the wrong offset. Anyway, I'll be taking it back to have the shop look it over.

Default Even so, the ET has to be 32 to clear the caliper. ET32 on an 8.5 width sticks out a bunch...

...I've seen that on a few cars. A lot of people have trouble with 235/40's rubbing with those rims, so it would almost seem certain that an even taller and wider 245/40-18 would rub, lowered or not. If not for the brake caliper clearance issue, the ideal offset with an 8.5" wide wheel on an S4 is about ET38.

I think the problem is the 245's....I've got 235's with almost no rubbing....

Default Now I won't be able to tell you and Dojo_S4 apart!

Default Yup, ET32 and 245s is not a good combo even w/ fenders rolled.

235s may work with fenders rolled, but you'll definitely need to roll them.
