Default New k04's... whooshing sound

I've just had k04's and downpipes installed and when I start driving, there is a loud "whooshing" sound coming from what sounds like under the car on the passenger side... it only happens when I'm driving it hard... and it's almost got a digital throttle feel as well... when you let go of the gas, it basically drops forward... much more than it should...

Next thing you know, it's driving perfectly... it's like there's a sticky wastegate or something and driving it hard blows it open and the car is fine...

Another thing, I've got a "check engine" light and cannot recieve codes. I have an O.CT chip and the Arcomm (i think?) doesn't even read the car is connected... I don't have access to a VAG-COM at the moment. I'm thinking the light is almost always emissions... which would be the aftermarket downpipes and the rear O2 sensors acting funny, but it could be anything I guess...

Does anyone have the pin responses for a multimeter for the underdash plug, to make sure my inlet is working properly... and go from there?

So basically there's 2 questions here...

Thanks in advance

Default it kind of goes away after a bit of driving... I guess it's still worth a test.

thanks

Default one of the clamps on the inlet piping had given out and once I replaced

it with a little more robust clamp, turbos are running smooth and quick... thanks
