hose like yours, just pull your front off and take a look. there is a sensor underneath the intake manifold and i had oil dripping from it as well. but i had a issue with pressure in the crankcase so that blew some seals

enough to cover all that it has. I would definitely check the cam seal in that area and make sure that the tensioner gaskets are sealing properly. They say not to put any silicone gasket maker on the half-moon piece of the tension gasket set, but mine was leaking heavily from that area as well as the main tensioner gasket, and caused a large amount of oil/grease/grime to get not only into the timing belt cover but down the front of the head and onto the coolant/power steering pipe as you pictured.
