In July we have finished development of a new Penske Coilovers line. We are introducing a non adjustable line of Penske 7500 coilovers that are valved specifically to the springs selected. We will offer a standard range of springs with these kits: 600/700, 700/850, and 800/1000.
These kits sell for $2,495. Many may ask if adjustability is important, and frankly the answer is - NOT REALLY. Once suspension is dialed in, and the shocks work with the spring rate selected, you do not want to adjust them any further. In this example, you are trusting that we have done our job properly and dialed these in for best performance. (Which we have.) These kits have been tuned on street and track, with hours logged on each. Though unlike with the adjustable shocks, any spring changes outside of ~50 lbs/inch will require the shock to be re-valved - relatively easy and inexpensive to do. I have also found many users of adjustable suspensions of not being able to dial them in properly mostly to their lack of experience. By buying a non adjustable product, you are being kept from messing things up, not top mention saving over $500 on the kit.
Finally, these kits will be upgradeable to adjustable kits if the need arises! Please take a moment to check out our web site for more information.

Link to Penskes at SR
